What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our payment processor Paddle. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and VAT/tax compliance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription anytime from the dashboard. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
Do I need to add a cookie consent banner?
No! identity-js does not use cookies. It uses browser fingerprinting and behavioral signals, which means you don't need cookie consent banners under GDPR, CCPA, or PECR regulations.
What happens if I exceed my visitor limit?
Existing visitors will continue to be tracked, but new visitors won't be recorded until you upgrade or your monthly cycle resets. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Switch to annual billing to save 20%. Starter is $180/year (save $48), Pro is $468/year (save $120), and Business is $1,428/year (save $360).
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL). We don't store personally identifiable information. Fingerprint hashes are one-way and cannot be reversed to identify individuals.
